CO-OP is a brand new ramen spot in 8th street market. They have a vegan miso and a vegan rice bowl. The edamame and shiitake gyoza are vegan, too!

The cutest little spot. Fresh pressed juices (that come in glass bottles). I'm all about ordering two dishes and sharing here. Mushroom mash and a coconut almond pancake FTW. Mm!

Gooey grilled cheese, veggie dogs, sweet potato fries, hummus- they've some goodies! Personal fave is "The Beatnik" (grilled cheese with zucchini, caramelized onions, artichokes, and garlic aioli). I always add avocado and tomato, too.
Khana Indian Grill

Who doesn't love some great indian food?! Khana has quite a few vegan options (the v on their menu stands for vegan). Just make sure you get the vegan naan, too! I love the chole and coconut malai.
Ozark Natural Foods

Okay so this is a grocery store (local co-op), not a restaurant. They do have some grab-n-go food, too. Love me an ONF vegan burrito! Only $4 and some cents, super delicious. They usually have vegan pizza available by the slice. Also- half of their meat cooler is vegan options and they've got a great bulk section!

It was a surprise when I found out they have vegan cheese since it isn't listed on their menu ANYWHERE, but they've got it! Probably a good idea to call ahead and make sure they have it-- they've been out a few times when I've gone.
Arsaga's Mill District

One of my favorite things (probably ever) is to take a bike ride to Arsaga's for "The Hummingbird" (lavender lemonade) and "The Townie" (tofu scramble with house-made vegan sausage). If you haven't done brunch here yet, you're missing out.

This is an ALL VEGAN food truck and it will NOT disappoint! Mac and cheese, philly sub, chipotle burger, and more. A little bit pricey, but totally worth it.
