My name is Kelsey White. I'm a certified Vegan Hospitality Consultant with years of food service and management experience - I understand the pace and demands of a working kitchen.

My path into this work didn’t start with a business idea. It started with a shift in perspective. While working at a no-kill animal shelter in Austin, Texas, I began to think more deeply about my relationship with food. Over time, that led me to adopt a vegan lifestyle and explore what plant-based cooking was all about.

What I discovered was this: When it’s done thoughtfully, vegan food isn’t limiting - it’s incredibly satisfying, creative, and worth going back for!

 

This is where many restaurants run into challenges - Not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have the time, support, or clear direction to develop vegan options that truly work for their kitchen and appeal to their guests.

And that is where I come in!

I work hands-on with restaurants to create vegan options that fit seamlessly into their existing operations - dishes that are practical to execute, aligned with their concept, and genuinely appealing to a wide range of guests.

Because when it’s done right, adding vegan options isn’t just inclusive - it’s a smart business decision.

Outside of the restaurant scene, I spend most of my time on my land out in the sticks - making trails and hanging out in the creek with these two:
