Together, we’ll evaluate your menu, develop a small set of standout plant-based dishes, train your team to execute and serve them with ease, and support a launch that actually brings in new customers.

How it works:

Menu Evaluation

First things first—I need to understand your kitchen. This helps me identify what’s already vegan, where simple swaps can be made, and what ingredients we have available to work with for recipe development.

Recipe Development

Using what I learn from our menu evaluation, I’ll create plant-based dishes that are easy to integrate and thoughtfully crafted for your restaurant. You’ll taste everything during our kitchen training and ultimately choose the dishes that make it onto your new vegan menu.

Kitchen & Server Trainings

Having vegan options is one thing, but making sure your team can execute and talk about them confidently is just as important.

I’ll lead both kitchen and front-of-house trainings so your team feels prepared to serve your new vegan guests and answer questions with ease.

Menu Writing & Labeling

All guests should be able to look at your menu and immediately know what they can order—no guessing, no extra questions. I’ll make sure everything is clearly labeled (including wine), create recipe cards for your kitchen, and write menu descriptions for each new dish.

Food Photography (Optional)

Strong visuals make a big difference. I can also provide high-quality food photography so your new dishes look as good online and on your menu as they do in person.
