Menu Evaluation

First things first... I need to know what you've got in your kitchen. This helps me identify what you have that is already vegan, if there are any simple swaps to easily make something vegan, and what ingredients we have available to work with for recipe development.

Recipe Development

I'll use what I learn from our menu evaluation meeting to create plant-based dishes-- easy to integrate and carefully crafted just for your restaurant! You'll get to taste all of the dishes at the kitchen training and ultimately choose which ones we'll put on your new (kickass) vegan menu.

Kitchen & Server Trainings

Having vegan options is wonderful, yes, but it is absolutely crucial that your staff is trained, too. It's important to note that your people are just as important as the food (trust me). Let's avoid the server-running-back-and-forth-between-table-and-kitchen scenario (ah, cringy).

I will host both kitchen and server trainings to make sure the whole team feels confident serving your new vegan guests and answering questions about your new menu.

Menu Writing & Labeling

Vegans should be able to look at the menu and know what they can order, without having to ask, "Is this vegan?" I'll help make sure everything is labeled appropriately, including your wine! I'll make recipe cards for your kitchen and write up menu descriptions for each new dish. I told you it would be a breeze, didn't I?

Food Photography 

What can I say... I'm pretty darn good at taking beautiful photos of food and I'd be happy to take some pictures for you!
